Are you sure that you have the pilot number 850 specified in the VM Parameters section of eManager?

Triple checked and then I checked it again.
All ideas gladly accepted.

OK I don't know if I'm on to something or not.

Network eManger/stratagy/vm system/vm notification

Their is a percentage of port use setting. Not sure under what conditions this comes into play but it was set at 70% and I changed it to 90%. This learning by trial and error.

Isn't one of the MAS H or D, cant remember which one, limited on how many vm ports it can have? I thought I ran into this once but could be thinking of something else. How about checking licensing as well, with the new software you can "oversubscribe" as in build as many IP devices you want but only a certain amount can actually be connected at one time based on licensing. This comes into play when using the new feature where you can log in and out of a DN, cant remember what its called.

RRino, you're not crazy. The MicroMAS is limited to 8 vm ports I believe. The MAS he's dealing with here is one of the original 1U MAS. It should be able to handle 24 or 32 ports max if i remember.

Delete the 850 hunt group and re-create it using a different index number. See if that helps.

Have you bothered to call tech support???

Also check in VM parameters the Line Start and Line End. Should be 1 and 12.

Currently I'm not working for a dealer so no tech. support. A company hired me full time to care for their system. I made-up a work around that although it works its not right.

I have solved more problems on hold for tech. support than they ever solved but that road is not open to me right now.

Checked start-end all good.
Thanks for the input

Problem Found!

I was talking with the owner and he said that he had told the last tech. "Just make the dam phones ring" so I got to thinking (oh no)what did he do?

We are running on the ACD and the last tech. set up the DIDs to ring to a multi-ring group. So we have the switch trying to answer the DIDs and the ACD trying to answer for the group.

What a mess that makes!!!

Deprogrammed the DIDs and its purring along.

Thank for the ideas but who would have guested?

The CTX/CIX has issues with the Index being corrupt. When you have done every thing you can think of - Delete and rebuild, 9 time out of 10 this will correct the issue. Regarding hunt grps, when it does not work you must delete the entire hunt grp index and rebuild it as stated here in this thread. This is also true with any other program in the system. The CTX/CIX has gotten better in this area but it is not entirely resolved.
