I have not had time lately to let you guys know how this ended.
I was chasing the symptom not the problem. It turns out that a tech. that the boss went off on left me a little gift. I hate that he did this but on the other hand, well done.
There is a Spanish info mail box that he chain doned (that may not be a real word)back to it self so everything was too busy to work. The first time anybody entered that box it was on.
Defaulted the chain done and all is happy. Thanks for the ideas.
One should not increase, beyond what is necessary, the number of entities required to explain anything.
