I have a customer who wants to program a one key on off feature like the external cfwd all calls key to cell phone but instead of doing a trunk to trunk connect they would like to use their carrier call transfer feature by doing a hook on the co and then dial number and release. I can do it with the voice mail but can not make a one key on off feature on the phone to work, any ideas? Thank you

I'm not sure if you can make a destination for a CF-ALL key to incluse a flash. If all else fails you can setup a voicemail box to do the transfer and setup a pilot DN to that VM box.
If you use a pilot to a VM box, it will follow the RNA chain which will just want to record a message. You can make it execute the extension field by either;
1- Set the pilot to a VM box, I'll use 300 as an example. Recored a short message( "please hold" or something) or short silence, turn save message off, then chain done to another box, 301, which has the transfer string @F-#450, etc. Make sure DND is off on second VM box.
2- Set RNA in first box (300), to go to the second box (301) that will do the transfer. No message will be heard.
3- Use one box by RNA to itself (set RNA in box 300 to 300). This will force it to execute the extension field as long as DND is off. It almost never locks up the voicemail as long as the @ string is there.
In the above examples the pilot DN will have the Alt destination to the voicemail with the VMID of 300.
