i have call screening setup through the Toshiba Stratagy ES Administrator - so that when people call in after hours, and go through the company directory - they say their name - and auto attendant notifies me that there is a caller trying to find me, tells me the name they recorded, then says- "dial a 1 to accept" - if i pickup the handset, and dial 1 - all is ok - if im listening to this whole thing via the speakerphone - i push 1 from the phone while handset is still hung up.. i get a fast busy, and lose the caller.. is there a way to fix this?

renet123, what type of Stratagy do you have? iES or StratayES. If it is a StratagyES what phone system is it integrated with? If it is a CTX/CIX/iES, press the spkr button to connect to the call, (Voice Announce Call from VM) than press "1", ROT (Re-Order Tone) is coming from the PBX.
