Hi Guys, I have a problem with a WOC it is the latest version DK/IP i.e you can select connection method. However The Primary is working perfectly when the secondary tries to connect to the primary database connection is refused and woc runs without database. The user has firewalls configured with ports 1433 and 1434 opened up which we have verified. When Firewall is lifted connection is fine am i missing any ports here?

Do you mean the primary has the windows firewall enabled? Can't you disable it?

Is the console on the same site as the phone system?
Is the console the only thing running on the pc?
You mentioned dk/ip... Is the console connected via a digital port or is it IP?
