All of a sudden I can not connect through E-Manager and I keep getting a VBScript Alert - SES is not connected.

Do you have a MAS? Remove the IP address for the SES in Client set-up and see if it connects to the CIX.

Again, go back and check the client set-up. Make sure the field that asks for Voice Mail IP Address is blank. That field is only used for the MAS.
