I have a CIX670, numbers follow:
Equipment Type: CIX670 : B--U
Equipment Version: AR5.20 MT022.00
VM Sofware Version: 5.5.26
Other than the obvious (17,18, and the term emergency) what are the functional differences between 'All Call Page Group (17)' and 'All Call Emergency page Group' (18)?
We want to setup a page system for real (life and death) emergencies and another for 'moments of silence' type things. I do not want to interrupt corporate calls for the latter.

an Emergency page will over-ride phones that are in DND.

And I believe it will over ride a ALL CALL or External page.
