I am trying to enable MB 983 for system shutdown. I have set the DND to off and changed the security code. I call the VM pilot then dial * when AA answers. I dial 983 wait for the instructions to end then enter my new security code. It logs me into the MB but the system never initiated shutdown.
Does anyone have the token code that should be entered under the EXT field? I am afraid someone may have changed that.
