No need to Done to 991. Record the greeting of 991 to the instructional greeting of 990. On the ES systems, the port level MB will always play the instructional greeting.
Is there a purpose for MB 991?

I don't think there is a 991 in the IES unless you built one . Just record "Thank you for calling ABC company" in 990's greeting and in 990 instructional record the "what to do". What is it you are wanting 991 to do ?

I migrated over an ivp8 and they have 2 greetings in 990 for 2 company alias's then they both done chain to 991 to get the same menu options, I guess I can rerecord the greetings.

Do you have a delay set in the 990 mailbox? I thought there was one by default, which would add a delay to the chain done if you did not change it to 0.
