This is the oddest thing. I had two IP extensions just stop working on the same day. When I say stopped working, let me clarify, they still connect and the remote party car hear, but no one can hear them.
I thought it was the phones, so I sent them replacements, which worked ONLY UNTIL we programmed them to the old extensions, then the exact same behavior.
This is a Strata CTX 100 with 1 ip card.
I rebooted the system but I have no idea what else to try. Any ideas?
Thanks so much in advance!
Chris
