I have a DK424 system with a voicemail that transfers calls to PORT 000 when done.

I have a secondary DN on 033 (INT 233) for DN 000 (INT 200) which rings after 12 seconds.

I have check program *72 and *73, and it does not appear as if 000 is set to ring on EK 033, but IT DOES.

Any clue on how to get this to ring. My next option is just removing the secondary DN

If no one has any other ideas Please let me know what program to use to remove the SDN off 033?

Thanks!

Thanks!

LED 01 is turned off in prog. *72 &*73? LED 01=port 000. Prog. 39 is where you remove the SDN from port 033. Set the key to 000. Also, what happens when you call 200 from another phone in the office?

I would suggest you 1st verify thar 233 is indeed port 033 (program 04).

It was a PHDN (PORT 500) not a secondary. I didn't see that until I went to remove it.

It's the little mistakes that are the most frustrating. Thanks for the help!
