I currently have a DK 424 system that was inherited from the prevoious tech and up until a week ago was fine. The users at the office press the intercom and dial 6 which went to st6 and are redirected to a VOIP box that can call to our other offices over our WAN connection and other offices can call them. Now, when they press intercom and 6 the st6 just rings and rings and rings. The wan connection is still up. Rest all equipment. Still no go.

Do you know what this VoIP box is called? The Strata DK by itself can not do VoIP. I would guess that there is either something wrong with the connection to this box, or that there is something wrong with this VOIP box connection to the remote location.

You are corret . The unit is a Multitech voip box that is interfaced in the back via FXS. The FXS cabels go to a 66 punchdown block and interface with the system.

Clarification, the Mulitech is a MVP210. I changed it with a known working unit and still no go.
I have a dk40 that has the exact same setup and it is working just fine.
I guess the other question I have is, how can I see what lines the intercom 6 is trying to use?

Looks that the Multitech connects to a analog extension , verify the analog extension is working.

The multitech has two channels. Each one comes off the different punch on the 66block. I've switched the cables to no availe. As for your response, just up a butt set to see if it tries to click over?

Yes, that's the best place to start. Verify the analog ports work correctly before interfacing the Multitech. We've had an RSTU with 1 or two bad ports due to lightning strike and stop giving the correct ring voltage, but still give you intercom dial-tone.
Tough to troubleshoot, but start with the system.

Make sure that the amphenol connector hasn't come loose from the station card that feeds into the Multitech.
