Well if any of you who responded to this are wondering the status I talked to the phone company on there low level tech support twice on the second time the tech decided not to write down a word I said in the support ticket and they did intrusive testing in the middle of the day to a place that is a call center that completely relies on phones with a T bird which at that point I could have killed someone. Then right after that I finally got a hold of their LD group which I consider to be there level 2 support. All in all the routing table server that beholds our 800# is corrupted to the point that the company is afraid to even move it off that server (I think I have that right) because it has such a high potential to put the number out of service and they have me on stand by till they look into it further.
