I have a customer that periodically receives fax calls when they answer. There is a code that you can enter to send it back to the fax machine. Can anyone help me with this code? I've forgotten it, its been along time since I've had to use it.

I take it they are using a line sharing device ? If so it will all depend on what port it is using on the lines sharing device . You should be able to find a manual for it online

Test via trial and error using *2 or *3.

thanks guys...
I told them to try *2...port 2 was the fax port. I havent heard back from them yet. I'm assuming it worked. I need to get back with them on that.
