Our customer has a Toshiba CTX system with 3 "Operator" positions. Each of these consists of a 20 button phone with a 20 button Add On Module and a 60 button console. The problem concerns calls which are transferred using the keys on the 60 button consoles to an extension which has Call Forward set - the forwarding condition is ignored and the extension continues to ring. If we dial the extension using the phone keypad, or if we use a DSS key on the 20 button module it works fine. The system has been in service for several years without this problem, which materialised a few months ago. The only change which took place during this time was the installation of an ISDN30 dialler, supplied by another company, which captures and re-routes mobile calls via a SIM card. At the time, this caused big problems with outgoing calls being dropped, but was eventually sorted. I am not sure what changes they may have made to the CTX system as they did not consult us at the time, but the problem occurred at around the same time that they fixed the fault. I have tried removing this device, but to no effect.

There is a setting with Class of service that will cause call forwarding to be ignored when using a DSS key.
The only thing I find odd is that it should be ignored when using a DSS key on either the 260 buton console or the 20 button addon, or even the 20 button phone, unless the 3 operators have a different COS.

There are 2 settings in COS, FB 2 and FB 42. Turn them both off.
