I have been in the field for 35 years. Without a doubt, they are the worst company I have ever contracted for. Recommend them to all of your competitor's! Here is a typical Endeavor job. 1 hour travel to Walnut Creek. to install DSL service. Except, when I arrived, there is a new T-1 with router connected, and working. NO DSL 3 hours on the phone with Megapath, another lost cause. On hold for about an hour of that time, while the "engineer" tries to figure out why the DBU won't work. He asks me to install a DSL filter on the DBU line. I did mention this is a T-1? Has me test for dial tone and make test calls, even though the DBU indicator is never active on the router. After two and a half hours, he asks me to pull out the module, and see if the DBU modem is installed. It was not. Now the customer has had his regional manager here, and they decide they want to use the T-1 without DBU, because they are only using a DBU modem now, and it is too slow. Problem is, the moron from Megapath has screwed up the router, and nw the T-1 doesn't work! Since they are sending a who;e new router, instead of sending the DBU modem, it lets the Megapath idiot off of the hook, from trying to make the router work again. Now, here is the best part.
This is an install, Pays $xx.00 for up to three hours. Since it should have only taken an hour, it would be $xx/Hr. But it has been three hours, while the idiot at Megapath figures out what to do. So now it is xx/hr instead of $xx/HR. BUT WAIT! It gets better. Now it is a "failed install"
That only pays $xx.00 or $xx.00/HR. Notice it has not failed through any fault of mine. Anywhere from 10-90 minutes on hold, to get checked out. I kid you not. This is a typical day with endeavor. Then, when you get to the next job, and it is going to go into overtime, because of all the time wasted on the last job, they won't authorize OT in writing. And accounting won't pay if you don't have it authorized. And, if you don't do the next job, they will fine you $xx.00

I Did a job for them about 50 miles away from home, called and tried to log out,waited at site for about 15 minutes, went through a drive thru for a drink, drove 50 miles home, (still in que) got home and waited another 15 minutes and the finally answered, checked my cell timer, 95 minutes.They pay little or nothing for travel, very little for on site, and screw you every chance they get.I told them to quit calling but they still call on occasion and I still refuse. I still get their company newsletter, says theyre busier than ever.Dont know how if they cant get contractors to work for them.

By far the worst company I have ever done work for. They expect you to go the extra mile and pay you non competitive prices for your services.
