Someone had mentioned that if you own a Toshiba Phone system you can attend some sort of Admin Training and then in turn be able to talk with Toshiba if you had a problem directly instead of having the vendor call in. Is there any truth to this? I had asked a local vendor about it, and they basically said you would have to become a dealer, then do the trainings and pass tests to become a Toshiba Tech. I would be interested in getting some training that I could benefit from and then use that to my advantage for a raise at work. I know most of the basics and have gotten a lot of help on this board. If anyone has some info they could post, that would be great. We currently have a couple of CIX670's, CIX100, and run StratagyES 4.705.

I think tech support from Toshiba is only available for dealers. However, maybe some dealers would be willing to let you become an "employee" if you are a big enough customer.
