We have two systems linked over a point to point connection, a CTX670 on one end, and a CTX100 on the other. We're experiencing voice call degradation at random intervals, so I decided to take a look at the systems and see if there were any problems.
On the CTX100 cabinet, checking hardware status, I see that MIPU24 is showing a status of "Partial Fault CC". I am unable to find this error code in the documentation so any help would be appreciated.
BTW, the CTX670 MIPU card show idle.

Have not tried that yet. Waiting until 4PM EST when that location clears out.

Disabling and re-enabling the card remotely had no effect.

Had to shut down the entire cabinet to clear the fault. Still having quality issues.
