I know this has probably been covered before,but how do you reset the message waiting lamp? I am charged with overseeing the phone system, but don't have this in my notes.
The phone system is a CIX100, with a Strategy IES32, and using IPT2010SD phones.
I recall the sequence was fairly easy, but can't find it in the docs.

Why not log into the mailbox and delete the message ? #409 will clear the MSG light , but if the display shows 1 new and 0 old , that will not clear unless you delete the MSG
