am totally new to this subject, so please bear with me. i have a customer interested in keeping track of the productivity of his phone sales department. he has a dk280 ba/bb processor rel. 4.0 and an [email protected] dos v7.02.
how would this be implemented? i assume it would involve smdr data output from the toshiba. he may be updating to the amanda workgroup for windows soon.

here is a list of what data he's looking for:

1.) total incoming number of calls per day, and per extension, and total time each extension spent on incoming calls per day. we currently route to different sales departments by use of phantom dn's.

2.)total outgoing number of calls per day, and per extension, and total time each extension spent on outgoing calls per day. outgoing calls are made over pots lines with no toll restriction or lcr used.

3.) an average individual call duration for incoming and outgoing calls, per day.

tia!

Most call accounting software can do this, but I would suggest Ultimate Call Accounting.
