This is for v5.20B08 I was previously using v4.10A34 successfully on 2003 server. Out of the blue, I started getting the "Service Unavailable" message on https://localhost/eManager... after a complete uninstall & reinstall, same thing. Perfect opportunity to re-image the server, and install Network eManager. I now get the same error message. It appears that each time I try to launch it, I get the error, and the eManagerAppPool seems to disable itself... "A failure was ecountered while launching the process serving application pool 'eManagerAppPool'. The application pool has been disabled" is what I see in the Event Viewer. HELP!!! :bang:
Thanks SCA

Good luck. I had the same thing happen with one customer. Installed NeM on a Server 2003, too. It worked right after installation of NeM but then a couple days later I get that error. Couldn't figure it out with TS. Once they heard it was on a domain, I was on my own. The only work-around I had was to install a virtual machine running XP.

This depends on how you have setup the SBS2003 server with IIS etc Have you got Sharepoint enabled?
