Not sure if you can do ring-down for DKT/EKT sets, but prog *38 assigns the analog ports for ringdown. Prog 12-1 specifies the ring-down timer.

How about a One button speed dial for customers to press and it will make call to other location

You can only ring down to a DN and not an outside phone number. Yes, you can make a one-button speed dial on a DKT/EKT set to call an outside phone number.

Viking makes a single line set with an auto dialer built in. Just program it to dial the line access code before dialing the phone number.
