I always find things I cannot do in this phone system equipment I currently have. Idea was to use AA in IES32 system for 800# callers to be able to dial ext. then when the greeting is complete and callers dials nothing I would use chain done transfer action to a pilot ACD number of 3859 which is a VM box and a pilot ext. corresponding to a ACD Queue then what happens is it only goes to the VM box not the Queue. So the best idea I came up with was to forward it to a real ext. then have that real ext. have all call forward to the 3859 and that does work. I guess my question is there a better way there must be?

Back at voice mail set 990 done chain to 3859 then
set your extension field in Box 3859 to... @F-3859H. Be sure your DND is off

But I do notice and I started this in a different post that when I use this the call will bounce back to VM box for some weird reason. I believe I can't remember his log in name but he says check the transfer recall timer? I have never heard of that exact thing and I've searched.
