trying to get on emanager 5.10a07. ive done what this forum has said to do for the sp3 problem and how to turn on iis, but when i enter in our login info and pw i get the error:"cannot open database 'updb' requested by login, login failed". the only step i couldnt do from sph's post was step 5, i went to the folders but the only programs in there say vista-upgradedb and do nothing when i click on them. is the issue i'm having having to do with an incorrect login? is there a default login and pw? whats the issue? thank you

This is quite an old version of emanager. You should be using the latest V5.20B011. This is XP SP3 compatible.
I would remove the current emanager and SQL and start again.
