CIX 670... is there any way to put a time limit on calls on a certain extension. I want the phone system to hang up after 5 minutes. Also can the phone system be programmed to block the same number from being re-dialed for say 30 minutes.

I did see an optoon one time for a CO disconnect option in the admin software, that looked like a timers that would disconect the caller after a preset amount of time, but I do not think that was ever added. At least I have not seen this feature in any of the software versions I have worked with.

It definately does not have a feature that blocks a number, or a redial for a set amount of time. I don't think I have seen that feature option in any system. You can block some numbers perminately.
