Please help... In some phone systems you are able to pick up any extension and do a Direct Truck Access. Does anyone know if this is possible with the CIX 670? If so how is it done? Someone said #7, and then what? the trunk #? That doesn't work.

#7001 will grab line 1 #7002 = line 2 and so on
