We have two locations that both have a CIX670 installed. There is a T1 connection between the two locations, and I believe they are connected via the RPTU / BPTU card.
Occasionally because of the weather, we have issues where the circuit locks up if you will. If you break the connection by pressing the reset button on the card or unplugging the connection to smart jack and let the circuit reset itself it is fine until the next big loss of signal or errors.
Is it possible to see a log or view the status / errors on the card?

The logs can be captured but they will need to be sent to Toshiba.
