We have a customer that has the Toshiba DK 424. They person that had the password for the administration for the system is no longer available to get the password from, NOT THE VOICEMAIL. Can someone give us the steps to retrieve or reset the current password? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. :db:

Are you talking about DKiAdmin, the software used to backup the system?
The programming for a DK is usually done by a 20 button phone on port 005.
