Hello again, I have 3 call pickup groups, after installing voicemail and auto attendant, none of the groups work with the programed key 480 in PGM39, they will work by pushing (int + #5 + ext no) my question is, how can I put this in a key or soft key to help with all the key strokes? - thanks to all that respond

For the group pickup key to work, the stations must be assigned to a group in prog *31. By default, no groups are assigned to any station.

Easiest way I have always done it is by putting it in as a speed dial key. say *39
Program that key to be I#5 for PUD or I#5#321 for PUG 1 and so on.
If using a PUG remember to put all the phones into the correct group.
