Hello All,
I have a CTX670, 3 cab, 112 ext, I have two phones that the star key stopped working, I changed out the phones, the PDKU2 cards -They are seperated and on different cards, then I plugged the phone directly into an RJ jack, that is connected directly to an amphonal multi pin connector, plugged directly into the PDKU2, thus eliminating any wiring problems, I'm not sure what to try next, any idea's? - they need the star key to access voicemail.

Make sure there is a speed dial key programmed on one of the buttons on the phone. Even tho the PDKU will work in the 670, it was designed for the 2000 series phones that do not have a fixed speed dial key.

It has been a while since i worked on Toshiba!Does an hheu work on a 3010 and is even needed?
