Hello all!
Here is my current configuration:
I have a CIX670, numbers follow:
Equipment Type: CIX670 : B--U
Equipment Version: AR5.20 MT022.00
VM Sofware Version: 5.5.26
The problem I am having is that, following a windows update to .net 2.0 which broke eManager I implemented a fix found in these forums. The fix worked to fix eManager, however, now, when a caller gets voicemail or an employee calls vm (333) they recieve "Thank you for calling, if you know the extension for the person you would like to..." instead to the employees vm greeting.
Any ideas?

Which VM is it? Check the VM ID code for each station , also check the VM intergration with the phone system.
