I got a customer thats got a Strata DK 16. He had a power surge and it took a hit and needs replacing. The stations are DKT 2010-H. When did the DK 16 come out and what would be comparable to replace the switch that will work with the phones.

The DK is a very old (10+ years) series of phone system.
The up to date comparable system would be a CIX40, which would work with the 2010-H phones you have. You could even get a used CTX28 for cheaper and it would still work with the same phones.

As luck would have it, we uncovered a DK16 today, in the office. I have emailed you about it.
