I just landed a customer that has a Toshiba with 4 cabines. I've just taken out Toshibas, Never worked on them. How do i even start to programm this to begin with. All i know is Extension 10 Is the Main Phone, Am i Correct? I can probably set date and time. Any help would be very greatly appreciated. Thanxs in advance.

Should be 3 digit ext. usually 200, I would suggest you get a manual and start reading. Why would you take over a customer that has a system you know nothing about??

^ What Steve said, plus you should contact your local Toshiba dealer and have them do a training with you, so you can learn the basics.
