I am trying to program a strata dk16 but I am having trouble with it (extension numbering, voicemail setup, auto attendant). I am use to programing from a PC but I don't know where to get the software for the strata. Is it available to download somewhere? Defaulting the system and starting from scratch is not a problem, any help would be appreciated, thanks.

It is just as easy to program the phone system through a phone

DKIAdmin software was not available for the DK16, only the DK16e and later versions of that size KSU.
I can't comment on the contact-DK software - I never used it.
