How do I shut the auto attendant off during the day and turn it on at night? So far it is always on, there is a secratary at the front desk so I dont need it to auto answer during the day.

Did you look at hunt group programming in prog 82 & 83. Check port 900.

First, is there a night key programmed on any of the phones? BobRobert is correct, check 900 in Day1, Day2 + Night. Also, what software version of DK are you on?
