want to network to CIX 100 using LIPU cards unfortunately our broadband does not have fixed IP Address. We are using two identical Billion routers and have a L2TP tunnel between them the routers are showing the tunnel is working.I am not sure how to direct the traffic down the tunnel and not the outside internet cloud.I tryed to connect a IP Phone to remote site LIPU ip address not working so do not think the networking will work yet any suggestions please

The tunnel is up but can you use a PC to ping from one network to the other?
If netork A has netowk 192.168.0.0 and netowrk B has 192.168.1.0, then when you are on netowrk A and try to connect to a PC (or the LIPU) then the router will direct traffic through the tunnel, as long as the connect if up.
This is assuming that the routers are correctly configured, and you have some methode, such as a dynamic DNS service, that will allow the routers to reconnect when the IP addresses change.
The LIPUs should have a private IP address on each of the networks. It's the routers job to make sure the connection between the sites are working. Make sure the 2 networks can communicate first (PING to each side).
