We have a Toshiba CIX 670, Strata ACD and MyTaske Reporting with Toshiba dkt3220-sd phones. I am pretty sure that i should be able to set options for the reason that an agent goes unavailable. If i remember right from previous experience it would display on the lcd display of the phone options when the unavailable button was selected. Example: 1. break 2. lunch 3. making phone calls etc... Can someone help?

you will need to log into the ACD system Administrator, there is a unavailable reasons tab.

Thanks Steve! I found that part, another issue is those reasons are not showing up on the phone display window when they go unavailable. Any ideas with that part?

I think it can only be done from netphone??

I was afraid of that Steve. I see the tie to netphone as i changed the reasons and synced it up, and i can see them on my netphone. Unfortunately i can't talk the company into buying more netphone licenses so all of the agents would be able to use. Does anyone else know if it is possible to do it thru a lcd display prompt on the phone?

Per the manual, only available to Netphone and not a keyset.
