Hi,
I have a Toshiba Strata phone system that for some reason I am having issues with one extension. Icannot transfer a call a certain mailbox nor will a call once rung to that extension goes to voicemail afterwards. (busy no answer)
I've checked the ownership and made sure that the extension own the mailbox. And that extension is in the 850 group as well.
What am I missing?
