HELP!!!
I have one line (extension) that needs to ring longer than all the others. All my extensions ring 4 times before voicemail picks up; how do I make this one extension ring 8-10 times before voicemail? I heard some discussions about MCG, but I have no idea where to start with this.
CIX670 with Emanager, VM Stratagy ES.
Thanks for any help.

You could use an MCG, but then everyone would have to call the MCG for it to work, instead of the extension. Unless you got creative and set the extension call forward after 4 seconds to ring the MCG which includes that extension as immidiate ring and the voicemail as a delay ring.
There is only 1 system call forward timer. If one extension wants a longer ring timer, then you would have to disable the system call forward timer, and use a manual call forward on the phone by typing #6031 (for no answer or #6041 for busy/no answer) + VM Pilot + seconds (08-60).
