I have a customer that is randomly getting dropped calls on her extension (16). I went out and could not duplicate the problem. Also just got a call back from them saying that on extension 24 they cannot call internally.
I don't work on Toshiba too much, but i know the basic programming. Any idea what might cause these issues?
Also, is there a way to copy programming from another extension on this system? All digital sets. Thanks!

It may be the hookswitch on that phone!I have had to replace hundreds!If you hit speaker and lift the handset and it stays on speaker you have a bad hookswitch but they are easy to replace!

Jason pell is correct, a bad hookswitch is most likely the culprit - Page Industries can supply you with replacements. As far as copying station info, not unless you have a copy of DKIadmin and a serial port (TSIU) in the base cabinet or an options pcb in the expansion cabinet.

Does extension 24 have an intercom button in Program 39?
No intercom button, no calling other extensions.
May be something else, that is the first place to look.

How did you make out?The Bunnie is right the first button should be programmed as a ##XXX(XXX being the port number of the DN.I think!I was just wondering the outcome!
