I bought a toshiba strata online. I do not have any passwords for it and need to know how to clear and reprogram the system.

the original owners voice recording and settings are still on it also there are voicemails stored on it that i cannot access to clear

The Toshiba Strata DK40i KSU does not need a password for local programming. Now your last post is about a voice mail system connected to the KSU and it does have password protection. Several questions come to mind:
1. What vmail system is it?
2. What software version is it running?
3. Do you have the admin software to administer it?
4. Did it come with any documentation?
5. How familiar are you with the programming of Toshiba phone and vmail equipment?
The phone system itself can be rather simple to moderately difficult to setup depending on your needs, however the voice mail system is another thing altogether. You may be better off consulting with a local dealer and have them set it up and provide you with training on it.
