Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. I have a CIX 670 using software Strata emanager 4.12. I have an extension that when set to DND and called from outside it states hold while i try that extension then it has about 15 seconds of dead air then the voice mail greeting plays. I have reset the voicemail station, copied others settings etc... and i can't figure out why. Any ideas?

Is the call forward set to goto voicemail on DND

Also check if the station has any manual call forwards enabled, they would override the system call forward.

got it not sure how but i got it by just deleting the entire station and creating and copying again and it started working correctly. Thanks for all the ideas guys!
