I've compared my station to this other station, but this is the behavior it's doing. If he programs his phone to call forward to his cell, it'll still ring in like normal and the call forward that used to show on the phone "CF-EXT" disappears. It doesn't work for internal or external calls. My station that looks to be programmed all the same works perfectly. Any places I should look? Phones are DKT2010-SD's and the system is a CTX670. He did say it worked once and then it didn't. We do have box 12 System Call Forward set to 1. I seem to remember there being two ways to send the phone to voice mail and that was 1 of them (and if I remember right, the wrong or less better of the two)
anything you can do to help is appreciated!

Use #6051 and #6053 to cancel any previous station call forwards.

it's been cancelled and redone. When you first put the fwd on, it says CF-EXT on the handset. 1st call it rings right in as normal and then it disappears. You think it needs to be cancelled more than once?

any new Monday morning ideas? I'd hate to call my phone vendor if it's a simple fix...

Try cancelling a couple of times and on each DN if there are multiple. Also try programming a CF-All button instead of using the feature codes.

did the release on the 3 DN's multiple times and no go. This time it did change slightly though. After ringing in (didn't forward as it should) the CF-EXT didn't disappear, but it didn't work either) Going to go look other places and I have an email into my phone vendor. If I can't figure it out quickly, the company will just have a support ticket to pay. Thanks again!
