I have a CTX100 system with DKT-3010-SD phones. Purchased a set of compatible Plantronic headsets with the quick connect cables.
I was asked if we can make it where the headset and handset are both accessible to use. Do I need to purchase another device where both can be plugged in and will auto sense if you pick it up or press the button for the headset?

The BHEU is the headset adapter that gets installed inside the DKT set.

You'll need a BHEU installed in the phone. ![[Linked Image from go4acs.com]](https://www.go4acs.com/home/images/BHEU1A.jpg) ---- edit - sorry phonemeister, I had this tab open for a bit
