Verify the dial-up connection (RemoteCTX1) is created and named correctly.
If the dial-up connection, RemoteCTX1, is created under Network and Dial-Up Connections and you continue to get this error, delete and recreate.

How long ago did you get Network Emanager? As far as I know Toshiba only recently put out a version that is compatable with Windows 7. Version 5.20B12C is the latest which clams to be copatable with Windows 7. I don't know if other versions are completely compatable.

I am using version 5.20B12B would think C would be the newer version seems to be ok only have it loaded for a week or so see how it goes. One thing that puzzled me in the begining was that Win7 tell you there is no connection between the Tosh and the pc on win XP pro you have the two pc icons which show blue not on 7 it says no connection just out of luck tryed to connect and it worked even if it says no connection not sure if any one has a solution for that would be nice to see connection established thank you

make sure the Network eManager https://localhost is added to the local intranet sites under the IE security settings otherwise you will get the username/password pop up all the time
