We own a Toshiba CIX670. We also have the IPT card and have about 10 IPT2020-SD phones deployed.
I've been getting some complaints that someone local on a DKT3210 will be talking to someone on the phone and when the IPT2020-SD call's it breaks right into the call. From what I understand, the caller can't hear the conversation, but the receiver can hear everything.
Anyone have any thoughts on this behavior?

Do you have the means to change programning? if not you may want to talk to your dealer and have them disable OCA.
