I have a customer who is conferencing 2 co lines and is then unable to dial any dtmf digits on the second line after both lines are conferenced. They say that they need to do this because the caller on the first line may need to answer a question that is heard on the second line which my customer would then input the digits.

Make sense????

I am not sure if this is possible, I check all of the programming and am not sure what I could have missed.

Thanks for the input.

Well.....Either I have stumped the pros, or it was something I said....???

This may be a limitation of the system, but I just need confirmation if so.

Thanks Again.

I know of no way to send out DTMF from a phone that has two CO lines conferenced. A way around this is to use the CO's conference ability (centrex), then your DTMF would go out.

I have this same problem only my cust. has ACD (DK). Call comes in I flash, that works fine but I get no DTMF after flash with centrex. If the call comes in on their DN I can flash and transfer via centrex. ACD issue??
