Where is the programming located that assigns the extension(s) that are used when pressing 0 for the operator? This would be just picking up the phone and pressing 0, and not pressing 0 while in a VM.

CIX 670 with Stratagy VM 4.7.

I know there is the part in the VM itself, but is there also a spot in emanager somewhere?

1ST place is in the Flexible access codes. It is set to attendant group. I usually change it to Tenant attendant,

Then under tenant you can specify where 0 rings for all 3 modes.

other people just delete 0 from flexible codes and create a PhDN of 0. I have also seen people make the front desk extension 0. You could have issues if you have the VMID set to 0 tho.

Thanks for the tip.. I see where the flex access code is setup to dial an attendant group, which has the pilot number for a multiple call group in our case.

One thing that I did notice that I had another question on... We have 3 different sites, 2 of them have a CIX670, and the other has a CIX100. On the other 670 site, the 0 Flex Access code is setup as Network Access code for Remote Node. All the network codes are 11,12, and 13. When dialing 0 from this location, it rings the switchboard at the other location.

Any idea how that would happen?
