Right now our Strata DK40, DKT2000 reads "ST11" or "ST10" when we use the intercom to each other, or transfer a call, etc. Just wondering if there is a way to make it read our name instead of st11? I thought perhaps it was Program 93? Can anyone offer some advise?

To add to da phone guy's post, use the # to toggle between alpha and numeric.
