Hi,

Have a Strata DK16 with DKT-2010SD telephones.

This is an existing system that I'm inheriting the maintenance of.

I'm a Nortel/Partner guy, not much on Toshiba and after downloading a zillion different manuals, I don't know that I'm any closer to a solution.

Line 3 is also the fax line, so it is plugged into the cabinet to allow them to use the line for outgoing calls. To keep them from accidentally answering the line during an incoming fax, the system was set to not ring the phones on an incoming call on line 3.

Since they wanted to get more use out of the line, I added a Stick to route the calls between the fax machine and the phone cabinet. The problem is, I don't know how to program the Toshiba to start ringing on line 3. I could do it in a heartbeat on a Nortel or Partner system, but I can't find it on this Toshiba.

Can someone point me in the right direction? I should mention, that it should only ring on certain extensions (most, but not all).

Thanks,
Westley

Program 81-89 depending on time of day and if you want to delay ring to an extension page 3-180 in the program book. Enter the ext.port(example ext200 = port000) you want to ring then lite up the LED for co line. program 39 for apperance
